We pride ourselves on maintaining full stocks of product inventory for prompt shipping. All orders placed by 2 pm via this website will be processed and mailed that day. For orders placed after 2 pm, the order will processed that day, yet mailed the following morning.
UPS is our preferred shipper, and you can choose how fast you want to receive your delivery. If you provide us with your email address, a confirmation with the shipping # is automatically generated when your order ships.
We use two different carriers USPS and UPS. When checking out, pick your carrier and check the different types of methods offered ranging from tracking, prices to time for deliver.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your package, or you will experience delays in receipt of your package. If your package is refused and returned to our warehouse, customer is responsible for reshipping costs. And no refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. Please ensure you provide full correct address, and any delivery instructions in the note section to avoid package non-delivery or theft. All packages require signature for delivery to prevent theft.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
All orders are shipped by USPS or UPS based on available shipping options on the site. Please allow 7-10 business days for ground shipping.

We ship to all countries with an exception on the following "high risk" countries:
Bulgaria (BG), Cameroon (CM), Egypt (EG), Gambia (GM), Ghana (GH), Indonesia (ID), Iran (IR), Israel (IL), Lithuania (LT), Malaysia (MY), Morocco (MA), Nigeria (NG), Pakistan (PK), Romania (RO), Russia (RU), Turkey (TR), Ukraine (UA), Vietnam (VN), Yugoslavia (YU).
If you have tracked your package and your package has been lost in the shipment process, please contact us at 248-737-0010 with your order # so we can work with you to locate your package and/or initiate an investigation. If the investigation results evidences that your package was lost by the shipper, a replacement will be sent.
All international customers are required to submit a signed credit card authorization form complete with supporting documents. Once you've placed your order you will be contacted by Customer Service to provide this information.
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.
